We have the most beautiful evenings in Oudtshoorn and our veranda offers the perfect setting for romantic candlelight dinners beneath the stars! Our menu offers a variety of 4 starters per night with ostrich fillet main as the house speciality and a variety of delicious other dishes. Dessert is always a pleasant surprise!Dinners are charged at an additional R295 per person for a three-course meal. Our speciality includes ostrich steaks, but our menu offers a good variety of typical cuisine during your stay.
Guests can choose 1 of the following menu items
– Traditional Cape Malayan Bobotie –
Curried mincemeat, delicately spiced with a slightly fruity taste, topped with egg custard and baked.
Served with Basmati Rice, Fruit Chutney and Banana
– Ostrich Carpaccio –
Thin Slices of Ostrich fillet dressed with organic olive oil, lemon juice and Rooibos -Balsamic reduction, topped with grated parmesan and capers .
– Elegant homemade Ostrich liver Pâté –
Homemade Liver Pâté served with toasted tortilla triangles and Traditional Green Fig preserve
